We are looking for a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at our institution. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in assisting top officials, preferably in a college/university setting. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office, and a high level of typing speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized filing system and manage the Managing Director’s calendar efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role for 3-5 years.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good typing speed with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in an academic institution is preferred.
• Graduate in any Stream

Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance at Madhubani Medical College. The Assistant Manager Accounts will be responsible for day-to-day books closing, half yearly & yearly audit, Inventory Management, Good Knowledge of GST and TDS, Knowledge of Import goods, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
